Who are the pilots at Aerocaribe?

All Aerocaribe pilots are certified commercial aviators with extensive experience flying over Costa Rica’s varied terrain. Our Chief Pilot, Jose González Guerrero, has been a commercial pilot since 2013. Our CEO, Mario Villatoro Alfaro, is himself a commercial pilot since 2011. Our Training Director, Alfonso Vargas Madrigal, is both a flight instructor and architect — an all-around aviation professional. All pilots are deeply familiar with Costa Rica’s airports, weather patterns, and geography.
